Returns Policy
At Sybella Jewellery, we pride ourselves on delivering beautifully designed silver jewellery to the market. However if your piece isn’t quite right we are happy to help.
Sybella Jewellery pieces are covered under a 1 Year Warranty from purchase date covering manufacturing and workmanship defects. If any Sybella Jewellery product is found to have manufacturing fault within the warranty period, it will be repaired (where possible).
Please forward any repairs to the original place of purchase with proof of purchase or receipt for assessment. Ensure your piece is sent securely in a box and not in an envelope or packaging that could be damaged in transit. Sybella Jewellery is not liable for damage caused by third-party freight or couriers.

Please note repairs can take up to 2 weeks. This warranty does not include:
- The normal signs of everyday wear and tear
- Damage caused by elements (eg. moisture, cosmetic, sweat)
- Any scratches or tarnishing
- Any damage caused by accident of mistreatment
- Water damage
- Any post-production changes to the original product
Please note Sybella Jewellery does not refund on change of mind or sale items. All credits are made in form of an online store credit with a one (1) year expiry. For all exchanges and credits, items must be returned in new, unworn condition and original packaging within 30 days. Any pieces purchased from SALE are final sale.
Unfortunately, we do not accept returns or exchanges on earrings due to hygeine reasons, unless there is a manufacturing fault.
All sales are final. Sybella Jewellery does not accept responsibility for incorrect orders or misuse of sales or discount codes. Customers will not be credited after a sale has been processed.
